The Quench team is passionate about what we do. Michael Evlambiou, Mike De Ponte and Janine Briner have over 30 years’ collective experience in the Hospitality & Liquor Industry. Michael is owner and director of restaurant franchise company, Founders Restaurant & Grill. Mike is involved with West Pack & Loco Liquor Stores respectively and Janine has many successful years of hospitality and catering experience under her belt (including hotels, weddings, private yachts and more). Our whole team boasts extensive experience in both front and back of house hospitality operations from private, at home events right through to large scale music concerts.
Quench Mobile Bars & Catering came into being after being approached to do a number of outside corporate and private bar services. We saw an opportunity to develop our Mobile Bar Service into a more permanent entity and we embraced it! Throwing food into the mix was a natural progression and as such, our Catering Division was established and the rest is history.
